You complete an application where we review your background, footage, passport, location, and readiness for Spain.
This step filters out players who aren’t ready yet — so no one wastes time or money chasing the wrong opportunity.
STEP 2
Free Screening & Application
If you qualify, you’re invited onto a call with our team.
We walk you (and parents, if applicable) through the full process, expectations, costs, and timelines.
You’ll choose the pathway that fits you best:
Basic Pathway Pro Pathway Elite Pathway
If everything makes sense and you’re comfortable moving forward, you proceed with the agency fee.
STEP 3
Profile Build & Club Introductions
Once onboarded, we professionally prepare your profile based on your chosen pathway.
This may include:
Highlight video structuring CV optimisation Positioning to European standards
Your profile is then sent directly to clubs in our network that are actively looking for your position — not mass trials or open showcases.
STEP 4
Paid Trial Placement (2 Weeks)
When a club shows interest, you’re placed on a 2-week trial inside their environment.
This is a real integration — training, matches, and evaluation alongside the squad.
Players cover the club’s trial fee separately at this stage.
STEP 5
Extension, Placement & Progression
Players who perform well are extended into a half-season placement, earning more game time, trust, and match footage.
Stronger performers can progress further into:
