  • Legal requirements: Where required by law, court order, regulatory request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of NeroNoLimit, our clients, or others.
  • Business transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this Privacy Policy.

SMS / text messaging data. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

  • No purchase required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing or engaging any service from us.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

9.WhatsApp Communications

We may use WhatsApp to communicate with you about your inquiry, placement, and ongoing support, where you have provided your phone number and consented to receive communications. WhatsApp communications are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy in addition to ours.
